Exchange & Return Policy

To ensure our products quality, we are pleased to exchange or return 100% of the money within 7 days starts from the day you received the product with the manufacturer error such as:

  • The product is not as described as in the website
  • Product error that prevents you from using the product
  • The product is damaged, or the box is not qualified. In this case, please let us know in the returning paper
  • In case that you didn’t receive the product, please contact us so that we can fix the problem.


Product (except exercise machine) can be return/ exchange in our D-Olympic showrooms, headquarter or through EMS (we do not take responsibility for your lost item during the mailing process)

  • The item is in the box with the sticker or tag. Furthermore, there are papers that you need to include to return or exchange the item: receipt, fully filled return form. Every item (except for clothes, shoes, sports accessories) need to have Dong Luc’s anti-fake sticker.
  • The item can only be returned in term of the warranty; the term is listed and comes with every item.
  • With the item that has been damaged or not the correct order, then you will need to inform the situation within 24 hours after receiving the item. Depend on the product, we will apply warranty defective product occur during use.

  • The feedback is only considered correct if you include:
  1. Describe correct the defective on the item
  2. Photo/ scan of the record form from our employee of the product condition
  3. Photo of the defective product (no editing, can see clearly the defective)
  • Customer will pay for the transfer fee
  • Customer has to pay for both ways of the transfer fee if the customer does not want the product after receiving it.
  • For exercise machine, the customer can only return within 5 days start when you received the product. We will not accept the return/exchange when:
  1. Customer wants to change the type of machine without notifying the company.
  2. Customer caused the damage by not following the instruction.
  3. Customer caused external damage such as tearing the package, peeling, etc…
  4. Customer checked and recognized the problem but did not notify the company within 24 hours.
  5. Customer didn’t follow the procedure to exchanges/ returns the product.
